EPG: Partner for global players

Engineered nanoProducts Germany AG (EPG) having its head office in Zweibrücken is the internationally active manufacturing company of the former top management of the Saarbrücken Institute for New Materials. EPG offers customized development of products for global players with a strong focus on production of the customized solution at EPG.

In order to build up the required production capacity, EPG issued a convertible bond listed on the Frankfurt exchange in 2006. In 2007, EPG has concentrated its production capacity in a new production plant in Lorraine (France) where up to 20,000 components with nanomaterial coating can be produced daily with assured quality.

The target of the technological developments of EPG is global markets. Here, the Asian economic region in particular is of increasing importance. An important step here is the foundation of a development and manufacturing centre in Hyderabad in India. This centre has been built up in collaboration with the Indian state technological enterprise ARCI. Another subsidiary was founded in Austria for accessing the Austrian domestic market as well as the East European market; further subsidiaries are planned in Korea and Japan.
